I bring over 40 years of practical legal experience to this new role of mediator and strategic adviser. In practice and in the 11 years at the Fair Work Commission (FWC), I have been extensively involved either as a lawyer representing a party or as the facilitator assisting to resolve the dispute.
Over that period, I have been involved in both commercial and workplace disputes. Alternate dispute resolution and achieving successful outcomes is in my DNA. I will now be providing the services listed below which may be provided anywhere throughout Australia and internationally.
Services will ordinarily be provided in person but may if desired be provided virtually. Experience tells me that in person services for alternate dispute resolution have a much higher success rate.
